Dr. Brian C. Leach grew up in southern Louisiana and graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana. Following his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine he was commissioned in the United States Army and completed a surgical internship at Madigan Army Medical Center. He completed two tours as an operational flight surgeon in both Europe and in the United States and served over 12 years as a medical officer in both the US Army and US Air Force. His Dermatology residency was completed at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He worked as a staff Dermatologist at Keesler Air Force Base and Dartmouth Medical Center. He then completed a Fellowship in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Leach is board certified in Dermatology, has authored multiple scientific articles, lectures nationally and teaches various aspects of cutaneous surgery and reconstruction.
