The Medicial University of South Carolina, in Charleston, has one of the newest residency programs in the country. Our mission is to teach our residents how to be outstanding clinicians and provide efficient emergency medical care to their patients in a compassionate manner. Prospective students need to apply for clerkships through both the MUSC College of Medicine and the Emergency Medicine offices.
