Dr. Michael Ramsay is a Clinical Instructor in the Division of Emergency Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Ramsay completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his MD at the Medical University of South Carolina.  He completed his residency at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore Maryland.
