Dr. Soule joined the MUSC faculty full-time in September 2004. He earned his medical degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine, following which he completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University, followed by training in Clinical Pathology at George Washington University. Dr. Soule next completed a residency in Internal Medicine at West Virginia University – Charleston, including a year as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Endocrinology at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2002. Dr. Soule is board certified in internal medicine as well as Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
Dr. Soule’s interests are in intensive diabetes therapy, insulin pumps and general endocrinology including thyroid and bone disease.
