Dr. Wolfman is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and has been on faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina since 2000. She completed her medical education at the University of Florida and residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina, specializing in Internal Medicine. She served as Chief Resident following residency. Dr. Wolfman enjoys serving on many committees including the College of Medicine Honor Council and the Residency Selection Committee. She won the Health Science Foundation's Educator/Mentor of the Year award in 2004. Dr. Wolfman's areas of interest include resident and student education, hypertension, diabetes, women's health issues and preventative medicine.
