Dr. Vincent Potiron is an Instructor in the Division of Hematology/Oncology. Dr. Potiron earned his Technician Diploma of Biological Analysis from the University Technology Institute in Angers, France from 1998-2000. He received his first Master of Science degree in Cellular Biology and Physiology from the University of Angers, France in 2002. He then received a Master of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Poitiers, France in 2003. Thereafter he attended UCHSC, Aurora, Colorado as a Research Scholar in the Division of Medical Oncology as part of the Ph.D. program of the University of Poitiers, France from 2003-2005. Dr. Potiron earned his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Poitiers, France in 2007. Dr. Potiron’s interests include the semaphorin field pertaining to cancer research, specifically the anti-tumor effects of SEMA3F in lung cancer. Dr. Potiron is an Instructor in the Division of Hematology/Oncology.
