Evgenia Kagan, M.D.

Assistant Professor

Dr. Kagan earned her MD at Rostov State Medical Univeristy in Russia. She completed an internships in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rostov State Medical University before moving to the United States. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinical Health System, followed by a fellowship in Infectious Disease at MUSC. She is board certified in internal medicine. She is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and first author on one peer reviewed manuscript.

Dr. Kagan will be a key provider in our Ryan White HIV outpatient clinic and will be joining Dr. Cantey as a member of our PICC service.
