Dr. David Ploth is the Arthur V. Williams Professor of Medicine, Director, Division of Nephrology. Dr. Ploth is a medical school graduate of Creighton University. He received his M.D. and completed his Nephrology Clinical Fellowship at the University of Iowa.
Dr. Ploth’s research interests are in renovascular hypertension, specifically the renal mechanisms involved in the initiation and maintenance of elevated blood pressure in both experimental and clinical settings. He is Editor, American Journal of Medical Sciences.
