After Interviews are completed and candidates have been selected, the Program Director should send and offer letter.  This letter must include:

 PGY level
 Expected length of fellowship
 Brief description of duties

In addition, the letter should request that the candidate:

 Send back a signed copy of the letter accepting the offer, or
 That they reply in writing, accepting the offer.

 After the Candidate Accepts the Offer
 Send Resident information on how to obtain a SC Medical License:
   South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners

(The resident will complete the application for SC DHEC and Federal DEA Licenses during GME orientation)
