Associate Professor of Radiology

M. Imran Chaudry, MD is Associate Professor and Fellowship Director of the Neurointerventional Division of Radiology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).

Dr. Chaudry received his MD. at Allama Iqbal Medical College in LaHore, Pakistan. He completed his residency at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and he also completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison Wisconsin where he also served as a clinical instructor and completed a fellowship in Neurointerventional Surgery at Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Chaudry joined MUSC after completing his fellowship training to further develop the clinical Neurointerventional Surgery Section as a collaborative effort between the Departments of Radiology and Neurosurgery.Dr. Chaudry serves as the Program Director for the NeuroEndovascular Surgery Fellowship Program.

Dr Chaudry is involved in extensive research focusing on next generation devices to treat aneurysms and ischemic stroke.

Dr. Chaudry is Board Certificated by the American College of Radiology.
