Equipment and Resources

The Medical University of South Carolina has state-of-the-art equipment, including three 3T MR scanners (2 clinical and 1 research, all on campus), four 1.5T MR scanners (3 on campus, 1 in Mount Pleasant) and eight CT scanners (7 on campus, 1 in Mount Pleasant), including two dual-source CT scanners. The neuroradiology reading room will be renovated and expanded by July 2015 to accommodate seven PACS workstations.
