Lewis Cooper: Radiation Oncology Faculty
Associate Director, Medical Residency Program
Dr. Cooper is a Radiation Oncologist specializing in Gynecologic, Pediatric, and Hematologic cancers, although he also has broad interests in melanoma, aggressive skin cancers, lung cancer, and oligometastatic disease. He is also involved in Y-90 microsphere therapy for liver cancers. Dr. Cooper is interested in the image-guided radiotherapy and brachytherapy.
Dr. Cooper enjoys working with residents and medical students to both improve the care of his patients and educate future radiation oncologists. He also serves on the Cancer Care Committee of the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center.
